You can use iCloud Photos on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple TV, and Windows computer, and on iCloud.com. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud Photos, see Share photos and videos and keep them up to date with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in with the same AppleID on each device. If you have devices where you’re not signed in with your Apple ID or that have iCloud Photos turned off, you won’t be able to access your photos and videos on those devices.
Set up iCloud Photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings> [yourname]> iCloud > Photos.
Do one of the following:
iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Turn on Sync this [device].
iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Turn on iCloud Photos.
All the photos and videos in the Photos app on your device are added to iCloud. Also, any photos and videos already stored in iCloud Photos are now available on your device.
To view photos and videos stored in iCloud Photos, open the Photos app, then tap Library. All the photos and videos you see are stored in iCloud Photos.
Tip: Scroll to the bottom of your screen to see the syncing status of your photos. See the Apple Support article If your iCloud Photos aren’t syncing to your device.

Set up iCloud Photos on your Mac
In the Photos app on your Mac, do one of the following:
macOS 13 or later: Choose Photos > Settings, then click iCloud.
macOS 12 or earlier: Choose Photos > Preferences, then click iCloud.
Select iCloud Photos.
The photos and videos in the Photos app on your Mac are added to iCloud. Also, any photos and videos already stored in iCloud Photos are now available on your Mac.
Note: If you have multiple photo libraries on your Mac, iCloud Photos keeps only the photos and videos in the System Photo Library up to date.
To view photos and videos stored in iCloud Photos, open the Photos app, then click Library in the sidebar. All the photos and videos you see are stored in iCloud Photos.

Set up iCloud Photos on your Apple TV
On your Apple TV, open the Settings app.
Choose Users and Accounts, then select your account.
Choose iCloud, then turn on iCloud Photos.
To view photos and videos stored in iCloud Photos, open the Photos app, then navigate to the Photos category in the menu bar. All the photos and videos you see are stored in iCloud Photos.

Set up iCloud Photos on your Windows computer
If you don’t already have it, get iCloud for Windows. See the Apple Support article Download iCloud for Windows.
Open iCloud for Windows, then select Photos.
Select iCloud Photos.
If you aren’t prompted to turn on features, click the Options button next to Photos.
Click Done, then click Apply.
To see photos and videos stored in iCloud Photos, open File Explorer, then click iCloud Photos in the Navigation pane.
If you don’t see iCloud Photos, click Pictures in the Navigation pane, then double-click iCloud Photos.

Use Photos on iCloud.com
You can access your iCloud photos and videos in a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
iCloud Photos temporarily pauses syncing if your device is on Low Power Mode or if it's low on power. To sync your photos to iCloud, you can charge your device's battery, turn off Low Power Mode, or tap Sync Now next to the status message.
Backups of your devices are often the culprits behind a full iCloud storage space. It's entirely possible you had your old iPhone set to upload backups to the cloud automatically, and then never removed those files.
It is also possible that the iCloud Photos Sync function has been turned off on some of your Apple devices. Photos on iCloud not showing on iPhone can also be caused by server problems. If the server is under maintenance, you will not be able to connect to the server to sync photos.
However, if you have enabled iCloud Photos (previously known as iCloud Photo Library), deleting a photo from your iPhone will also remove it from iCloud and all other devices connected to your iCloud account. This ensures that your photos are synced across all your devices.
Don't worry, everything will keep on iCloud eventually, you can download all the photos and videos from iCloud.com to the device that you might disable iCloud Photos. Thus, there is nothing to worry about.
Make sure that the iCloud settings include apps and passwords etc… everything should be carried over (everything except passwords saved in browsers). You can have two phones on the same account doing basically everything the same.
The way to remove data on iCloud is by heading to Settings> Apple ID> iCloud> Manage Storage> iCloud Drive.Then you can access all data stored on iCloud Drive.Next, swipe left and hit on the trash icon to delete the file. And this is how to clear up iCloud storage without deleting photos.
If you exceed your iCloud storage limit, your device immediately removes any photos and videos you delete and they won't be available for recovery in your Recently Deleted album.
When your iPhone displays the "Not Enough Storage" message despite having plenty of space, it is indicative of underlying issues within the device's storage management system. These issues can range from accumulated cache files to mismanagement of iCloud storage.
You can organise your photos in multiple folders within a folder and sync the folders to a device. Synced photos appear in the Photos app on your device. Important: If you already use iCloud Photos on your Mac and devices, your photos are updated automatically.
Step 1: Open System Preferences and click your Apple ID.Step 2: Enter the iCloud page.Then unselect and select the iCloud services. For example, if you want to manually sync iCloud Photos, you will switch off the button beside “Photos” and switch it on.
