Since LCX Terminal itself is not an exchange but a smart trading software to execute trades on several exchanges and cryptocurrency exchanges.

Are data and charts updated in real time?

LCX is powered by real-time streaming market data directly from the exchanges.
If you have your exchange accounts connected to LCX, your balances, transactions and orders are also always up-to-date.

How much does it cost?
As institutional investors who have had their own difficulties with exchanges and trading tools, we want you to experience LCX at no cost. The Basic Subscription is Free for everyone and users can connect upto 3 Exchanges.
The Pro Trader Subscription costs $290 or 2900 LCX if paid in LCX Tokens per month. You can connect all 16 exchanges as of now.

Which browser does LCX Terminal work best on?
LCX Terminal supports all the mainstream browsers on both desktop and mobile. However for the optimal trading experience, we recommend using Google Chrome on your laptop, desktop, or tablet.
How do I link my Coinbase Pro account?
- Log into your account at https://pro.coinbase.com
- Open the user menu in the top right corner, and click on ‘API’.
- Click on ‘NEW API KEY’
- Select ‘View’ and ‘Trade’ under permissions.
- Take note of the Passphrase, as you will need that to link your account.
- Enter your 2FA code if you have 2FA enabled.
- Click on ‘CREATE API KEY’
- Take note of your API secret. Note that if you lose your secret, you will need to generate a new API Key
- Exit the modal, and take note of your api key.
- Proceed back to LCX, and navigate to the top left corner & click on Add Exchange button.
- Select Coinbase Pro & enter your credentials on the right & click Connect with Coinbase Pro and you’re all set!

How do I link my Liquid account?
- Log into your account at https://app.liquid.com/sign-in .
- Go to API Settings in your profile.
- Create API Token. Make sure you give all trade permission.
- Take note of your API key (Token ID) and Secret key. The secret key is only displayed once. If you lose it, you will need to generate a new API key.
- Proceed back to LCX, and navigate to the top left corner & click on Add Exchange button.
- Select Liquid & enter your credentials on the right & click Connect with Liquid and you’re all set.

How do I link my KuCoin Account?
- Log into your account at https://kucoin.com
- Go to your profile in Navbar.
- Click on API Management.
- Click “Create API”.
- Type API Name and API Passphrase to create your API Keys.
- Enter your password, answer security question, and enter 2FA code.
- You should receive a confirmation email. Click ‘Confirm’
- You’ll be brought to a screen that looks like this. Click ‘API Keys’
- Your API Key and Secret key will be shown. Note that your secret key will only be displayed within 30 min of creating it.
- Proceed back to LCX, and navigate to the top left corner & click on Add Exchange button.
- Select KuCoin & enter your credentials on the right & click Connect with KuCoin and you’re all set!

How do I link my Binance account?
- Log into your account at https://binance.com
- Navigate to your account settings.
- Locate the API section and click Enable.
- Enter a label such as LCX.
- Enter 2FA code if it is enabled.
- You should receive a confirmation email. Click the Confirm Create link in the email.
- Take note of your API key and Secret key. The secret key is only displayed once. If you lose it, you will need to generate a new API key.
- Proceed back to LCX, and navigate to the top left corner & click on Add Exchange button.
- Select Binance & enter your credentials on the right & click Connect with Binance and you’re all set!

How do I link my Bittrex Account?
- Log into your account at https://bittrex.com
- Click on Settings on the top right of the screen.
- Click on API Keys on the left side bar under Site Settings.
- Click Add new key…
- Enable Read Info, Trade Limit, and Trade Market.
- Click Save.
- Enter your 2FA Code and click Confirm.
- Your API & Secret Key will appear in the table. Take note of your keys. The secret key will appear only once, so if you lose it you’ll have to generate a new API Key
- Proceed back to LCX, and navigate to the top left corner & click on Add Exchange button.
- Select Bittrex & enter your credentials on the right & click Connect with Bittrex and you’re all set!

How do I link my Bitfinex account?
- Log into your account at https://www.bitfinex.com
- Open the user menu in the top right corner, and click on API.
- If you’ve already created an API key it will appear in the My API Keys section.
- If not, then click on Create New Key section. Select Read & Write permissions like below. If you would like to trade, make sure you have Write selected for Orders.
- Enter a label for the API key and then click Generate API key.
- You’ll be prompted to enter 2FA token. Submit the 2FA token and the you will receive a confirmation email.
- Open the confirmation email and click Create API Key.
- Copy your newly created API key and API Key Secret.
- Proceed back to LCX, and navigate to the top left corner & click on Add Exchange button.
- Select Bitfinex & enter your credentials on the right & click Connect with Bitfinex and you’re all set!

- Find & click on the username in the navigation bar.
- Select Settings from the drop down menu.

How do I add an exchange's API Key to LCX Terminal?
There are several ways to get to the Account Linking section:
- Hover to the top left corner of the screen where your account balance is visible. Click on the arrow for the drop down menu.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Go to the Top Right of the dropdown & click Add Exchange button.
- Now select your desired exchange from the options listed below & enter your API Keys.

- Go to https://t.me/LCXPriceAlertBot – select Send Message button. Make sure you are signed in the Telegram chat on your desktop computer or mobile device (phone/tablet).
