Today I had to order a new card because they are apparently unable to stop payments from an unknown company trying to take the same money out of my account multiple times. So in order to use the money that's in my account now at a physical store they said I can easily transfer my money from PayPal to my cash app account to use until my new card comes in the mail and they would send me an email message how to do that. But of course there's no message and I cannot figure out anyway to do that whatsoever please help

Hello @DARLINMOOK,
Welcome to the PayPal Community!
I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized transaction on your card, which prompted you to need a new one. I apologize for any misinformation; PayPal and CashApp are not compatible to be linked together. If you have a CashApp debit card, you might be able to add it to your PayPal account and transfer money that way. You can learn more about adding a card and withdrawing on our Help Center using the links I've included.
I hope this helps!

Yeah that's exactly what I tried to tell the "support specialist" on the phone as well that I've never been able to transfer m9ney to my CashApp acct via debit card or bank account # but she assured me it was possible. She even repeated "transfer to your Cashapp acct" 3 different times when telling me she was emailing me the directions. However after attempting to even reach out to paypal for assistance, get a list of ALL activity on my PayPal acct then asking if they can just put a stop on thar company attempting the same charge over multiple times ONLY TO FIND ZERO of my questions/needs met at all— I can't say I am surprised to find out I was just completely lied to in order to get me off the phone by the exact people that should easily have the real answers. Paypal has really shown who they are as a company & where their priorities lie. What a shame.

Hey @DARLINMOOK
Thanks for responding back! Apologies for the misinformation again! I understand you want to stop the payments debiting towards an unknown company. PayPal offers full protection for confirmed unauthorized transactions. You can report these unauthorized charges in the resolution center of your PayPal account. Steps to report the unauthorized charges can be found here : How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity? Please make sure to check check your billing agreement payment as this charge could be from a service you signed up for in the past. Here's the article with the information about automatic payments/billing agreements : What is an automatic payment and how do I update or cancel one? You can cancel the set up to avoid future scheduled payments to the seller.
I hope this information helps you,
Bindu
