Make changes to your policy
You can review your policy and make changes online anytime, giving you the flexibility to:
- check the details of your policy
- renew your policy
- update your address
- add or remove cover
- check your payment details
- check your policy documents
- switch to receiving paperless documents
- turn on or off automatic renewal
- start a claim
- make a complaint
You can also make these changes over the phone, during opening hours.
Information:
There is no fee for updating your policy, but your Home Insurance premium may change.
Cancel your policy
You can cancel your policy over the phone.
You’ll get a full refund on the premium you paid if you:
- cancel within the first 14 days of cover, and
- haven't made a claim.
If you cancel after 14 days and you haven’t made a claim, you’ll only pay for the cover you had. We’ll refund the rest.
Information:
If you cancel your policy you won't need to pay a cancellation fee.
