We have always seen our game as a place where players can compete in a fair way, and climb the leaderboards to define who is best: this means using your best Line-Up, and put 100% of the effort into winning every Match.
Competition can lead some players to find creative ways to progress that require less effort than meant to and disrupt the gaming experience of other players.
Artificial drops or agreements on trading are against the spirit of both Rumble Hockey and sportsmanship, with a negative effect on the atmosphere of the game and its community.
What is considered as Win-Trading in our game:
- Giving away easy win to an opponent in order to boost his trophies on the 1v1 Season Leaderboard
- Asking other players to join your Club as the only purpose to get a better position in the Club Leaderboard
- Leaving a Club, as the only purpose to get matched against a specific player from that Club
- Intentionally losing an Event match, in order to let your opponent win the match
- Creating fake low-level account in order to farm Stars for the CvC competition in your Club
As a consequence, accounts that will be found using loopholes to intentionally drop or trade Trophies will see their account being looked into by our Support Team,and will face penalties including but not limited to:
- Revoked in-app currency.
- Temporary game suspension.
- Permanent game suspension.
We are looking into applying changes to the game-play, to discourage both Trophy Dropping and Win Trading in the future.
