Why can't I access my mobile tickets yet?
For some events, your mobile barcodes may have a delivery delay as an added security feature. Visit our FAQ What is a delivery delay? for more information. If you haven’t received your tickets or can't see a ticket barcode two days before the event, contact Fan Support.
Check if this affects your event by viewing your purchase confirmation email, on your order in My Account or on the event page.
