1. Ensure that your internet connection is stable. An unstable connection can prevent your token balance from updating.
2. Try refreshing your account by logging out and then logging back in.
3. You can add tokens by turning on the toggle button on the selected token in ‘Manage tokens’.
4. Verify your token balance by copying your wallet address and pasting it into a blockchain explorer. For example, you can use Etherscan to asses information on the Ethereum blockchain, Polygonscan for the Polygon blockchain, or Bscscan for the BNB Chain.
5. If the balance shown in the blockchain explorer differs from what you see in your Pintu Web3 Wallet, don’t hesitate to contact Pintu customer support for assistance.
