How to Make Seasoned Chicken for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
If you love recipes that are simple to make, taste amazing and only have two servings, then this Crock Pot Seasoned Chicken for Two is going to have you grinning from ear to ear! (Psst…if you need more servings, check out the original recipe here.) The Old Bay seasoning, butter and garlic powder combine together to give you a wonderful flavor that cooks beautifully into the chicken. I like to take a spoon and drizzle some of the cooking juices on top of each chicken thigh when serving. It is absolutely delicious.
When picking which chicken thighs you will use from your package, I recommend trying to find two chicken thighs that are close to the same size. By doing this, it is more likely that both chicken thighs will be done at the same time. Also, with almost all of my slow cookers, I have found that they do not cook evenly, so I always set a timer to rotate the insert 180 degrees at the halfway mark of cooking. This will also help make sure that both of your chicken thighs will be done at the same time.
