As others have already told you ... IF the post office delivered your package to the wrong address OR it was stolen after being delivered to your property ... then eBay's Money Back Guarantee will not cover you. [The seller isn't responsible for either of those occurrences.]
What you CAN do is contact your post office and provide the tracking information. Ask if your name and address were on the package associated with the tracking number.
- If it IS ... then see if they have GPS showing exactly where the package was dropped off. They may be able to retrieve the package.
- If it IS NOT ... then ask for a copy of the shipping information that shows that package was never addressed to you in the first place. THIS will get you a refund. [You may have to drive to the PO to pick up the info.]
If you want to speak to the most knowledgeable/helpful eBay CS reps ... they currently can be found through social media. [You won't reach them by requesting a 'supervisor' on the phone.]

Please let us know if you're able to solve the problem ... and what you did ... as it will help us help others with your problem. Good luck!
