I’m a Getsafe UK customer. What does this mean for me?
If you’re a Getsafe UK customer, you don’t need to do anything. There won’t be any changes to your Getsafe UK policy cover and its price will stay the same.
At your next policy renewal, you’ll be offered an Urban Jungle policy to renew onto. You can decide whether to renew onto this or not.
If your details aren’t eligible for an Urban Jungle policy, we’ll let you know with plenty of time to arrange new cover.
How do I access my Getsafe UK account?
You’ll be able to login to your Getsafe UK account through the Getsafe UK section of the Urban Jungle website.
Log in using the email address you used to create your Getsafe account. The first time you log in, you’ll need to reset your password.
I’ve already paid for my policy, will I need to pay again?
If you’ve already paid for your policy, you won’t need to pay for it again.
If you pay annually for your Getsafe policy, you will have already paid for a year’s cover in full.
If you pay monthly for your Getsafe policy, you will continue to make the same monthly payments you have been for the policy so far. The price of your policy won’t change until you are due for your renewal (after 12 months of cover).
Will my policy details stay the same?
Yes, your policy details (policy number, terms of your cover, price, etc.) will remain the same.
I have an ongoing complaint with Getsafe UK, can Urban Jungle take it over?
If you have an ongoing complaint with Getsafe UK , they will continue handling it.

Has my insurance cover changed at all?
No, your insurance cover has not changed at all.
At your next policy renewal, you’ll be offered an Urban Jungle policy to renew onto. This cover will have some differences to your existing Getsafe policy. These changes will be shared with you with plenty of time ahead of your renewal, so you can decide whether to renew the policy.

Will my price change?
No, the price of your current Getsafe policy will not change. Like with any other insurance policy, though, if you make changes to the policy, your price may change.
At your next policy renewal, you’ll be offered an Urban Jungle policy to renew onto, and there may be changes to your price.
You’ll be told these changes with plenty of time to decide whether you want to renew your policy or arrange new cover.
