So, pull up a chair and sip on this as you soak up the summer sun around the pool!
How to make a Pink Bikini co*cktail
Step 1: Pour raspberry lemonade into a large pouring pitcher.
Step 2: Add Malibu Rum and Amaretto and stir.
Step 3: Add ice to co*cktail glasses. Then add frozen scoops of orange sherbet on top of the ice.
(Tip: You can pre-scoop the sherbet and place on a small sheet pan lined with parchment paper and place back in the freezer until you are ready to serve these co*cktails. This will make it easier if you’re making a bunch of co*cktails.)
Step 4: Pour the co*cktail over the orange sherbet and ice.
Step 5: Garnish with wooden picks of fresh orange slices, raspberries, and a fresh mint leaf.

Cyndi,
Thanks so much for reaching out! Yes, there is a little slider… if you hold your curser over the amount of servings and you can adjust it for less or more people.Reply

sounds SO good!! Have you ever made it without the alcohol for children? I’m wondering if you would need to add something else – maybe coconut cream and a couple of drops of almond extract since you won’t have the flavors of the alcohol??Reply

Thanks Adele!
For kids- perhaps add an extra scoop of the orange sherbet or another flavor… that should be plenty of flavor.Reply

I just made this! So delicious!!! Thank you for the recipe. The alterations that I made were adding raspberry sherbet in place of the orange and I added a mixture of both simply raspberry lemonade and strawberry lemonade! Still amazing, but I know the creamy orange would have been tasty! Perfect drink for the bachelorette party I’m throwing next month! And it’s still winter!!!!
